FLORIDA NETWORK OF RURAL HEALTH NETWORKS
April 2021-May 2024
I worked with a group of network leaders across the state of Florida that were looking for the sweet spot of collaboration where they really are better together. Using a virtual format and facilitation design that supports creativity and shared solutions, this group found opportunities and put them into place, together, improving health in their rural communities.
ELY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NETWORK
2021
The pandemic was difficult for the Ely Behavioral Health Network with leadership turnover and significant demands on partners. In my role as interim network director I was able to help them transition to new leadership, continue to implement a large grant project, and maintain collaborative partnerships. The keys were to keep an eye on the mission, clarify shifted roles, fine-tune critical processes, and stay connected to the community.
WELL BEING DEVELOPMENT

As Executive Director of Well Being Development, a community-based nonprofit agency supporting our rural community with behavioral health education and resources, I have supported innovative and people-centered solutions. Our extraordinary team has engaged with our community, lived our mission, and stretched toward our vision that all people are able to live their best lives.
